Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Glyph Tally (the "app"), released by EKA knot s.r.o., processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Glyph Tally neither collects, stores nor transmits personal data to EKA knot s.r.o. or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts. It includes no analytics and no third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate under their respective policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact widerrosemary@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know and delete personal information and to opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is completely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is revised, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
